My name is Gail and I am a fully qualified advanced clinical massage therapist. I work with a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, RSI, fibromyalgia and many other ongoing injuries or pain conditions.

The benefits of massage therapy

Massage therapy combines a range of techniques to treat injury and alleviate chronic pain, including deep tissue massage, heat treatments and advanced stretching. It aims to improve the clients range of motion and mobility through non-invasive, low-risk treatments.

When pressure is exerted, the body’s physiology is enhanced. Massage improves circulation, helping with the elimination of waste products and enhancing recovery. This helps the body to heal itself and increase health & well-being.
